NCOALink 48 Month / DMA / LACSLink / DPV™
New Auto Data is pleased to offer the DMA Mail Preference Service suppression flag, LACSLink updates, and DPV as part of our standard NCOALink service. Over 35 million Americans change addresses annually. With this service we match individuals, families and businesses to 48 months of change of address information.

Anyone processing a mailing list through their NCOALink must fill out the Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) prior to any NCOALink processing as required by the USPS
LACSLink Corrects address lists for areas that have undergone permanent address conversion. The LACSLink database consists of address conversions that the USPS ™ has obtained and verified, primarily a result of 911 address conversions. For locations that have experienced a permanent address conversion LACSLink will correct that address list. The USPS tm has obtained and verified the address conversions in the LACSLink database. These addresses are primarily a result of 911 conversions.
Address Element Correction (AEC)
New Auto Data will take the addresses coded by the CASS-Certified Address Matching Software and add the address element(s) to make them verified deliverable addresses. On average, AEC will update 1% of a file.
Recommended by the USPS Zip+4 Standardization (also known as Postal address standardization, address validation, address verification and CASS certification) checks the validity and deliverability of a physical mailing address. An address must be standardized before it can be certified as deliverable (CASS – certified). Standardization will convert an address to the correct format and will add missing information such as a zip code etc. to complete a full mailing address.
DATA APPEND SERVICES
In the event in which your client or prospect list contains a physical residential address but no Contact Name or Phone Number, our Cable Append service can fill in the missing information. Match rate varies on the quality of the input file. Costs for a Cable Append are based off the number of matched records for Contact Name and Telephone in addition to a minimum input charge.

Landline & Cellular Telephone Append & Verification
New Auto Data can make your telemarketing more effective. First, our proprietary software processes records against four of the country’s largest complied databases.
In the second step, the non-matched records are then ran through our Directory Assistance phone append database. This database is made up of every household and business in the US. We then increase the matches in the verification process by carrying up to 7 numbers per record.
The third step takes all non-matched records and runs them through our Daily New Connects and Disconnects database. Typically match rates are lower from the third pass, on the plus side these records are the most up-to-date available.
Privacy Services / FTC DNC (Do Not Call) Suppression
New Auto Data maintains and updates regulations with the FTC DNC (Do Not Call), State Do-Not-Call lists, the DMA Telephone Preference Service (TPS) file and the DMA Pander file. These records are automatically suppressed ensuring your campaigns abide by State and Federal laws. New Auto Data will continue to keep up with the changes in legislation. All the same, it is advised you contact your own legal advice before acting on any information regarding Federal and State laws.
